- What knowledge they will have obtained by taking your course or program
- What feelings they will have moved away from or feelings they are moving towards
- Having a crystal clear course promise also ensures that only the right students are joining your program

- Self-edit: as you start working on your content, know that it is always a good idea to prune your content before you sell it
