I love apps, especially those that make me more productive. So today, I thought I would share the top three time management apps I love the most for any entrepreneur looking to make the most out of their day.

Asana
When I started growing my business, I knew I would need a place to keep my client’s tasks organized and in one place. I really hate having to sift through emails for important documents or approved copy. So I knew I wanted to find a versatile app that I could use for all client projects.
Then when I hired my first virtual assistant, it was important that we find an app that could allow us to collaborate with ease. I compared Asana with apps like Trello and a few others. For me, Asana’s user experience was exactly what I was looking for. Not only did Asana allow me to tag my VA when tasks needed to be completed and categorize priorities into different lists, but it was also important for me to find a tool that even non-tech savvy clients could use and not feel overwhelmed.
Plus, I love the checklist feature that is integrated into every card.
This feature is important especially because I love streamlining processes, and since I am able to duplicate tasks, I can quickly onboard new clients in less time. I can create cards with all the steps that each project takes and make templates out of them, which you can then duplicate over and over for new clients and for systems I created in my own business. #worksmarternotharder
Airtable (I recently polled my audience, the majority of you loved this app and I agree, there is A LOT to love Airtable for.)
Time management apps aren’t just for helping you to manage time. They can be used for collaboration with powerful editorial workflows. Airtable is an all-in-one collaboration tool with both free and paid features.
Since time is one of our most valuable resources as entrepreneurs, Airtable offers one of the best Time Tracker Blocks available. You can measure the minutes or hours a day spent on a specific piece of content or task. A Google Spreadsheet can also do this but it is much more manual and if you forget to punch in your time…well your data might be skewed.
Braintoss is one of the tools that really scratch the edges of most entrepreneurs as it helps them stay on top of things they need to do. This tool takes your ideas and delivers them to a place where you can follow up with later. So whether it’s a task that pops in their head while in the grocery line, out walking the dog, or out and about, they can simply speak it and Braintoss will send the voice memo to your email.
Now, there are probably a million other ways to do this out there, but Braintoss is insanely fast. You simply open up the app, start recording, hear the little Boomerang sound and there goes your voice memo into your email, instead of having to type out what is in your head on your phone which can be a bit overwhelming.
